About Jasper County Court Docket

Jasper County court dockets and case records are spread across Indiana MyCase, the public Court Calendar, the Jasper Circuit and Superior Courts, and the elected County Clerk. We created this private reference resource to make those official paths easier to distinguish. It collects practical routes to a case summary, hearing information, clerk contact details, and copy-request guidance without claiming to hold the court's records.

Why We Built This Site

Indiana provides broad access to many court records, yet each access channel serves a different need. Indiana MyCase displays public case indexes and the Chronological Case Summary. Jasper Circuit Court and Jasper Superior Court set hearings and enter rulings. Kara Fishburn, Jasper County Clerk and Clerk of the Circuit Court, maintains the official county case files and issues certified copies. We bring the verified portal links, local desk routes, case-number details, and access limits together so readers can choose the right official source.

What You Will Find Here

  • Docket guides: how criminal dockets and civil dockets are searched and read in Jasper County
  • Court dates and settings: how to read the court calendar and confirm a hearing date or setting
  • Case lookups: how to run a case search by party name or case number through the statewide portal
  • Record requests: how court records and certified copies are requested from the clerk of court

What We Cannot Do

This is a privately run reference site with no connection to an Indiana court, the Jasper County Clerk, or any government agency. Its role has firm limits:

  • We cannot pull an official docket sheet or case file for anyone
  • We cannot change, reschedule, or reset a court date or hearing setting
  • We cannot remove, seal, or amend a case on any docket
  • We cannot issue certified copies of any docket, order, or court document
  • We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific case applies to you
  • We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or setting listed on this site is current right now

Only the clerk of court or the trial court that heard the case can issue an official or certified copy of a docket sheet or court record. We can point you to the right office, but the document has to come from them.

Search Partners

Third-party providers power search boxes on some pages. Those providers control their services, results, and prices. A paid signup reached through one of those tools may generate a referral fee that supports this resource. We do not decide what a provider charges, how it matches records, or which information appears.
